(Prices given are in £££ sterling for the villa per week)
Prices include end-of-stay cleaning (Please see clause 8 of the Booking Conditions), bed linen and bathroom towels PER STAY (not pool towels or cot bedding), electricity, logs, water and a Welcome Pack consisting of bread, eggs, fresh milk, butter and wine. For use of telephone/Internet please see clause 9 of the Booking Conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Saturday to Saturday bookings only during the period May- September
2. Rental commences at 4p.m. on the day of arrival and finishes at 10.00a.m. on the day of departure.
3. A security and booking deposit of 20% of the full rental period is required to secure the booking. This is in addition to the rental fee and will be returned to you following your stay, when our House Manager informs us that the house and its contents are complete and in order.
4. This deposit is non-refundable in cases where the booking is cancelled. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance.
5. The rental fee is to be paid in full by Sterling cheque at least six weeks prior to arrival. Failure to do so may jeopardise your booking.
7. Our fees include 1 set of bed linen and towels per person PER STAY: a washing machine and dryer are provided. This set excludes cot linen and towels for swimming. We also provide pool maintenance, electricity, central heating, logs, water, use of the 2 cots and the services of our agents. A Welcome Pack of bread, eggs, milk, butter and wine is also provided at no extra charge. If you require a change of linen at any point during your stay, please ask our house manager to provide this for you and pay her direct. (12€ per set)
8. Tenants are asked to leave the house in the state in which they find it. Failure to do so will incur the deduction of extra cleaning costs from the deposit. Please bear in mind that the tenants who follow you would like to find everything in as good condition as you did, so please tell our agent if anything needs replacing following your stay.
9. We regret that we cannot accept pets under any circumstances.
10. The telephone is available for incoming and outgoing calls and Internet WI-FI connection. We have web access to consumption on this line and the cost of your outgoing calls will be deducted from your deposit.
Your signature on the booking form indicates that you accept responsibility for the safety of all members of your group during your stay at La Ruche.
HOW TO BOOK
1. Complete the booking form and send it, together with your security deposit of 20% OF YOUR TOTAL RENTAL FEE to the address at the bottom of the form, making your cheque payable to either Anne or Marc Woolmer.
2. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by mail or e-mail.
3. 10 weeks before your holiday you will receive an invoice for the full rental payment. This must be settled 6 weeks before departure.
4. On receipt of this final payment, we will send you complete instructions for arriving at La Ruche.
5. If you have any special requirements with which we may be able to help, please let us know at the time of booking.
6. Your deposit will be returned to you following your stay once our Agent confirms that there are no deductions to be made for cleaning, breakages, loss or damage to the property. The cost of outgoing telephone calls will also be deducted.
